No i know man. I totally agree with you. ITs is quite usless blowing a death rune on something that in the end will probably be dispelled that could be better spent on a oblit or what have you. i still tailor my 2 steps and what not to make the best use of my runes with out wasting them. hence an ability like this would probably have its own button to throw on the pesky locks or tanks who love just sitting at 20% and refusig to die.
