Which Game are you playing?
In game macros?
or 3rd party macros?
Account on same computer?
or Different computers?
Are you wanting to do all macros at once, or just single macros?

Example:
In WoW on the same computer, you can use the Ctrl+C to copy and then just switch to other account and Ctrl+V to paste it in the new Macro.

Example:
In EQ you can copy a file (forgot name of file) and paste that file into the other account folder and then both accounts have same macro layout.
