Thumbs up RAF None Boosting / Random Dungeon 15-80

    Hey,

So a friend of mine said he did RAF with just doing Random Dungeons and said he got from 15-80 in under 11 hours, due to the fact the extra bonus you get from the quests and the Random Dungeon Finish XP is huge. Has anyone tried this and is it legit.

It is my preferred method of levelling, however you get the odd dry spell which really grinds on you. If you exhaust the quests and have to repeat the instances because nothing else is available it can feel slow.

I would do it on every team if Blizzard would remove the role requirements....

I can't vouch for 11 hours, but it is generally fast. It does feel like self boosting, just playing at the correct levels.

Yea its just that I am sick of Boosting my Toons, its so boring and having them on follow ect, If its just as fast then i was thinking of giving it a go, Just get 3 dps 1 healer and let a random tank join.

We discussed this in a few other threads. The consensus is that boosting is a lot faster. For me, playing the team, at lvl, through RDF is a lot more rewarding to me.. as far as how it feels, you learn the classes your playing better ect.. I just got a team to 80 and it was 24+ hours, but i hang out in SW or IF for hours semi AFK a lot.. I'm betting the actual time was about 13-15 hours. I never ran any instance more than twice.. and then only the last 10 levels ( 70-80 ). EVERY dungeon has all the quests at the start.. before it was just the lower lvl ones.. now its all the way up.. that makes a huge difference than before, when you had to do pre-quests to get the dungeon quests

I boost because I am leveling up alot of teams during that short time the accounts are linked.

Yes taking a team through quests and dungeons their level would be least boring, but you'd lower how many teams you'd be able to get to 80.

you can level a team of every class, either method, in way less than 90 days. The downside to RFD is you have to have the trio..tank..healer..dps. If my goal is to have 5 of the same class.. i just alternate the teams/slots to have one tank, one healer and 3 DPS until i have one of each in the end, that and level granting can get it done.
