So I had some time to try leveling the guild with 10 accounts. Due to being too low to join a raid I have to create two groups, this then means when killing stuff I have to swap between group leaders to get the kills or pickup for a quest. Apart from this I have experimented with most starting zones due to being Alliance. I first ran the Undead zone to see how far and fast Khavotor gets through the zone, it seems I think it is 17 quests each time with a LOT of simple hand ins. On Alliance the closest I have come is the Gnomes or the Worgens. The Worgens are good BUT their is an early collection quest which requires 4 crates per character which slows things down quite a bit , BUT once through that piece I can get about 16 quests done pretty fast. On the Gnome side it is really fast up to a collection quest for machine parts which is quest 11 I think, have to experiment a little more to see this though and if it is feasible to both doing it or reset at that quest.

Overall I log in 11 toons, one of my mains to invite to guild and then 4 from my current accounts and 6 from a BNet which I currently have 7 days free on. The Worgen area seems a little harder on my PC to run 10 clients than other arease, possibly due to all the new effects they used in that area.

The human area is super fast.. no collect items off the ground type quests.
Currently 5 Boxing 5 Protection Paladins on Whisperwind Alliance
The Power of Five!!! ( short video )

So I just tried the human area and I agree it is pretty fast, only issue is only 10 quests in the area from what I see, vs. Worgen area I can get about 15 before I reset. From doing this process a few times, the hardest work is deleting and recreating the new character. I have thought about using mouse broadcast for deleting but it is a little risky and i could delete a level 85 by accident lol

As an addition I just timed the human area vs the Worgen, Human area was 35 minutes with 10 quests (first time I have done it so it might be faster as I get used to it) , the Worgen Area 30 minutes with 19 quests.

My guild just hit level 12 which is 3 extra levels over the last day of experimentation.

There is a weapons pickup to the end of the starting area quest line but pretty east with IWT to pickup.

Hmm am I reading this right? Create level ones boost a guild through the start area quests, then delete and start over? Well this may be a good way though I see the slow process in the logging out, creating new team method. I think just questing and sticking to non pickup quests might be best.

However I might try this on my horde guild

Might do the level 1 grind later this week, but since the patch i've gained 8 levels just boosting teams up to 80 and taking a few to 85. I'm loving the change. May even hit 17 before MoP!

I don't do the entire newbie zone. I only do the most simple quests. From my blog comments -

so how many quests do you get done in the 8 min period khatovar?

These are the ones I did

    Fresh Out of the Grave
    The Shadow Grave
    Those That Couldn't Be Saved
    The Wakening
    Beyond the Graves
    Scourge on Our Perimeter
    The Truth of the Grave
    Trail-Worn Scroll
    The Thrill of the Hunt
    The Executor in the Field

the follow-ups for Beyond the Graves and The Executor in the Field both took longer than they seemed, so I just skipped them.
There is a steady loss of efficiency if you start doing more time-consuming quests. It seems simple enough to pick up a bunch of corpses and kill+loot a handful of dogs and bats to get to the next few easy kill quests, but it goes a LOT slower than it seems. I think from my previous experimenting that it was something like 6% for 8 minutes, but if you do those quests and finish off the newb zone, stopping at the turn in for the Calston Estate breadcrumb, you end up with something like 11% for 20 minutes if you're fast. It's a better use of time to log out after turning in Executor in the Field than it is to push through.

I used mouse broadcasting for a lot. It makes things a lot faster. If you want to be more careful, you could try filling each account with random placeholder toons so they all have the same number of toons on them, making it so that the ones you are constantly creating and deleting are always in slot 8 or 10 or 11 or whatever on every account. Then you can broadcast the mouse to make sure you are selecting the bottom toon on all the accounts at once before deleting.

On the accidental deletion of a character i NEARLY deleted one of my mains lol, broadcast was on by accident and I was not paying attention, what saved me was he had heirlooms on that account. What this made me think to prevent accidental deletion I can also send all my alts something in the mail and that would also prevent deletion.

As for time, I am running the Worgen area with 10 characters in 28 minutes for 19 quests. I agree it may get less efficient with some quests e.g. the worgen quest to defend the guy on the roof which is 2 min defense by iteself. From your post above then it seems you only did 10 quests per run? This would be in line with the human zone which might be worth revisiting again.
