If you have a prot paladin or a druid, I'd use one of those. Being able to resurrect your team when something goes wrong saves you a lot of irritation.

Druid is my prefered booster. Particularly now that they have insane self healing. Rivaling DK's, even. Also, they have the benefit of travel form, charge and dash. You can gather up mobs much faster than a DK and you're not as susceptible to those annoying mobs that like to chain stun/snare you. You can run around and pull everything and then go cat and dash ahead of them before they can pile on.

Thats what i ended up going with, my druid, for the reasons you mentioned. I did not mention him because I had not transferred him yet, then I remembered he was my miner and gatherer, so i needed him anyway.

BTW.. I did not enjoy boosting at all. It is faster, but boring as hell. Running a team in a group, for me, was about 5 hours longer, but way more enjoyable.
