UAC popups after patching

Just patched up my my wow client and I am getting UAC popups whenever I run the wow exe or launcher. Wow is installed on a secondary drive, a copied installation.

Things I have tried:

•checking run as administrator
•setting full control on the wow reg key
•taking ownership of the folders with my admin account i login to windows on(windows 7 ultimate x64)

Did you ever before set it to run as administrator? I remember I did that once and even though I moved it back to not run as an administrator, it still would pop UAC.

No way I'm turning UAC off :P

I re-downloaded/installed wow to a new folder and then copied it to my boxing folders and all is well now.
