Transferring account wide mounts to second bnet

The guys you call are customer sevice and are not GMs.. they are also who handle bnet tickets. If an issue is fixable in game than it is handeled in game by a GM. But they guys who move accounts around are higher up than GMs, and can get more done for you. Atleast this is what a CS told me when i called once apon a time.

If thats not the case. the experiances i have had with in game GMs say otherwise.. i have had one tell me to call CS because they did not have the means to do what I needed.

I see what you are saying and I misinterpreted your post. We're both right in the sense that certain departments handle certain issues, but all tickets show up in your BNet regardless of how they were initiated.

I called up Blizzard earlier today.
The estimated wait time was 21 minutes.
The actual wait time was closer to 15 minutes.

I had my five B.Nets (each with one Warcraft account) consolidated onto my first B.Net email.
The one that has my Diablo, Diablo 2, Diablo 3, Starcraft and Starcraft 2.

They needed the last four digits of both the credit cards that had been used for monthly subscriptions.
The CS guy said, having all of the CD Keys would have been an option too (I have them all, but in Vancouver; I'm in Calgary for another couple of weeks still).
They needed the answer to the security question, and my address that was on the accounts.
All of the information was consistent on each B.Net.

I was on the phone with the guy for maybe 2-3 minutes.
And the transfer was done (able to log into the game with the one B.Net email) as soon as I got off of the phone.
It was 15 mins or so, before the other accounts showed up on my B.Net Account info (as in, log in from www.worldofwarcraft.com).





Prior to merging, each of my horde characters had the 100K achievement even though only the DK/Pally team earnt that many.
None of the ally teams had that achievement.
Vial of the Sands was available to all horde toons who could fly, but none of the Ally toons had the option (even though the mounts were bought on the Pally/4DK team, while they were still Alliance).
My Paladin (on the Pally/4DK team) did not have Wrecking Ball (being a healer).

After merging all the accounts onto the single B.Net, every toon on both factions/servers (Ally is Cenarius US & Horde is Magtheridon US) have the 100K achievement; I don't have 500K, even though each of the toons on the Pally/4DK team had 110K HK's each... also I had 30K+ HK's on three teams, in addition to the 110K on the main team from the last expansion... they essentially took the highest number and gave it to everyone, rather than combining the totals or unique totals.
Vial of the Sands is available to my Ally toons now too.
As is <Of the Alliance> titles.
Every toon has Wrecking Ball, on both factions.
The 25K Conquest Points (which were all earnt by the Pally/4DK team) has transferred to everyone on both factions/servers... as has the few Rated Battleground achieves I had.
The 1000 Dailies achievement has transferred to everyone, even though it was my Pally/Warlock/3x Elemental team that did that in WotLK.





I had planned on transferring 5x Paladins (B.Net 1 to B.Net 2, still on Magtheridon Horde), after getting to 90th on several teams on B.Net 1.
And then doing a set of RAF; would do the transfer after setting up the RAF... and have boosters...

I can still do that, but I don't think the 100K honor kills or the mounts will transfer anymore.

Having eight on one B.Net and two on another is something I've not thought of.
As is transfering an entire account to the new B.Net.

My horde toons dont have the traveler's tundra mammoth, but its available to all alliance toons. Did that transfer for you???

I didn't have that on any toons, so it couldn't transfer.

There's two separate Traveler's Tundra Mammoths, split by faction/race restricted.

Horde
Alliance

My Alliance toon doesn't have it in her list either because I bought the Horde one, just like she doesn't have any of the other Horde-specific mounts, including things like the Sunreaver Dragonhawk / Silver Covenant Hippogryph. You'd have to faction change to get the converted versions for the Horde.
