    Did mine on page 2 of this topic, moved my kids account to my main bnet, got mounts she had that I did not and she got some awesome ones I had, she didnt, we are at 174 mounts, and around 13760 achieve pts

    No reason was needed, just asked to move my other bnet to my main bnet, was done within a minute and all good to go!

    I have requested an account move and no response from the GM for two days now.

    This is when most bugs are reported, those guys are swamped right now.

    Ok they said they wont do it over a ticket. Have to call in... sigh.

    WoW.. they did it for me. Did you go to your bnet account and make the ticket? or do a ticket in game? i did mine on the bnet site. The GMs in game can not do it. the CS people that respond to bnet account support tickets can.

    Ah ok. I did it in game.

    edit: as I was typing this my account was moved (submitted second ticket for hell of it, in game.) however only half the mounts came with it.

    They're all the same GMs. When you submit a ticket via the in-game menu it shows up in your BNet account.

    The guys you call are customer sevice and are not GMs.. they are also who handle bnet tickets. If an issue is fixable in game than it is handeled in game by a GM. But they guys who move accounts around are higher up than GMs, and can get more done for you. Atleast this is what a CS told me when i called once apon a time.

    If thats not the case. the experiances i have had with in game GMs say otherwise.. i have had one tell me to call CS because they did not have the means to do what I needed.

    I see what you are saying and I misinterpreted your post. We're both right in the sense that certain departments handle certain issues, but all tickets show up in your BNet regardless of how they were initiated.
