Ele Sham crit chance

Anyone else have their crit chance take a massive dive? I know it wasn't an important stat but I'm pretty sure it used to be at around the 24$ mark, now I'm lucky to push 13%.

Not to mention that ele sham crits HURT now!! 250% might be worth not reforging out of til miniscule amounts anymore. Time will tell

Elemental Oath now gives 5% haste instead of 5% crit. I still have 19,5% crit rating while (mostly) reforging out of crit in pvp gear.
