Agreed, it was fun the first time, not the 5th

I had an interesting thing happen to me on this quest, when I was sniping with my first toon all went fine. But after switching to my 2nd thru 5th toon, every time I fired the gun on the right 1/2 of my screen my cursor (scope sight) would reset to the center, thus every time I shot I had to re-target to the right again. It didn't happen when shooting on the left... the sight would stay where I fired.

I eventually got it done, I hope it was just bugged and not a setting anywhere that would have caused this anomaly.

I can't figure out why every <interact with something on the ground> type quest needs to be done on each toon even if nothing was looted - this wasn't the case on most (if not all) similar quests I can remember since level 1. An example I can think of is rescuing chucking hyjal bear cubs or saving burning victims. In MoP you have to do it for every member of the party for no damn reason at all.

That would be annoying enough if there weren't also a collect x number of things off the ground quest in every area so far. I'm just ready to get out of jade forest.

kun lai summit, townlong steppes and dread wastes are quite enjoyable for boxers, even if you're too lazy to update jamba and play without it ... ~

I don't even care about the collection quests, but the whole "save someone" or "use this on something" ones where you have to do it for every single toon is really grating on my nerves. It makes zero sense that those don't update for the whole party. That's just a whole new level of annoyance and there's a LOT of those quests.

The Almighty Lax made a liar out of me, apparently I DO get prizes for it.

That was one thing I liked about Dread Wastes. The first time through solo boxing, my gear was poor, the quests took to long etc. But boxing it, I'm numb to the collection, and killing is fast, and a lot of the quests shared credit. Gamblers Haunt and the Brewgardens were really good for the team.

I was wondering if these are bugged? there are some of the non-loot interact type quest that DO update and some that do not. And although I suck it up and just do that stupid click item on the ground to collect quests.. every single quest hub seems to have at least one, if not more, of these!!

That's why I don't mind the collection quests, lol. I get annoyed, then I just look around and I'm all "awww, so pretty!"

I've resorted to grinding to levels where i can go to places like townlong and dreadwastes since those quests are supposedly more confined and less gimmicky.

I am really annoyed by the lack of group credit on the really simple shit. We get duplicated loot quest items but for some reason our other group members aren't in ear shot when we tell the dumb pandas to leave the burning building and go muster with the military commander. /boggle

I have a solo toon that is herb/alchemy that is working on the vial of sands (still). I get 38k exp for artifact I loot on Kalimdor. That is faster leveling than questing for that character in Jade Forest. So I'm going to keep going till I get the recipe on him.
