Default Back to boxing and have a quick question about RAF

I created 4 b.net accounts and sent them an invitation from my account that I have a couple of boosting 85s (A geared frost mage and DK tank). I created a group of 5 warlocks and got them to level 10 and I saw the RAF bonus in the chat frame. Once they reached level 10, I took them to deadmines with my Frost Mage. I sat one of the lowbies on the account that I sent out the RAF invite. To be clear, the booster mage is also on the account that sent the RAF invites. So now I'm in keep dungeon in Stormwind (brain farting on the name) and my lowbies aren't getting RAF bonus. I just double checked the account on battle.net and it says they're linked. Did they change the way RAF works? I thought you could boost and get 300% RAF XP even with a booster. Or am I doing something wrong which is usually what it is

If every one of your low level characters was recruited by the high level account, that's obvious not going to work for boosting. Everyone needs to be within 4 levels of each other.

For boosting I went with two pairs. Booster on account a.
    Account b and c linked.
    Account d and e linked.

The way I always do it is

    A recruits B
    B recruits C
    C recruits D
    D recruits E

4 groups of characters leveled = an extra 8 characters opposed to only 6 and they are groups of 4 so for PVP its perfect.
