For Horde I believe SFK is stille the alternative to Stockades. Level 12 (or 13?) required to enter and you can get to 22 or 23 in an hour or so. You will have to log off for the instance lockout, or switch to another team with another booster.

Instance lockout is account wide so you can't do this.

I'm fully aware of how the instance lockout works, I've done my share of instance runs, boosting or otherwise.
