OK I got 2 OCZ vertex 4 SDD and was thinking should I put Win 7 Only on one and Wow on the other Or should I just make them Raid 0.
I run 5 box.

I have 2 SSDs M4 Crucial which have lower speed than yours and I just have OS on one and WoW on the other. It works great for 10 boxing. Load times are amazing. Logging on or off with 10 accounts takes like 2 seconds.
I also run 3 SSD drives along with a 2g drive.
O/S on boot drive M4 Crucial 256G, WoW, ISboxer/Innerspace on a 120GB SSD
I'd steer away from going RAID, not a huge performance increase anyway.
..... s l o w l y getting there
I beleive you are mistaken on your last statement. It has been proven (thousands of times) that raid 0 is nearly 2x as fast as a single drive, It nearly doubles the I/O of your disks, back in the day (several years ago) raid 0 was somewhat avoided due to unreliablity. that is pretty much a thing of the past, i've been running the same array of 3 ssd's in raid 0 for over a year and no issues at all
I run 2 128GB Vertex 4s in RAID 0, and it's fast as hell loading wow. I used to run 3 60GB Vertex 2s in RAID 0 and there was a slight speed boost going to the vertex 4s.
RAID is basically already in use in nearly every SSD available. The controller on the SSD is basically a raid controller, spreading the data to the individual chips on the ssd. This is why the capacity of an SSD often correlates with the speed. SSDs with more chips tend to run faster than those with fewer, and generally, more chips = more capacity.
Only reason to steer clear of RAID 0 is that you have ZERO fault tolerance, and if one drive fails you lose EVERYTHING. If you go RAID 0 on your SSDs, make sure you back up often. I mix image based backups with cloud based, but luckily I haven't been burned in a while.
Now playing: WoW (Garona)
My previous system had one SSD for the OS.
And a different SSD for the gaming folder.
They were different sizes/manufacturers (64GB Patriot and 120GB Vertex3), otherwise I would have striped them.
My summer system upgrade has included a second 120GB Vertex 3, which are not striped (Raid 0).
I have the OS and Warcraft/D3 on them, along with a few 3TB drives for storage.
EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.
