Thanks for the help, but I decided to just level 5 monks by themselves without granting levels. The amount of time to get two groups up to 80, and with GW2 coming out, is not something I want to do anymore.
With RaF and dungeon boosting the played time to level 2 teams is about 30-36 hours.
