Before you undertake this I want you to understand the reprocussions if your main goal is PVP (to be fully geared, and competing in arena). You want every class to be able to adapt on the fly namely for arena i take it.
Having 10 accounts is more a burden than a blessing unless you plan to keep all 6 groups geared. Hell keeping all 6 groups geared is going to be hard even with 5 of each unless you currently are un-employed and do not wish to push rating with any particular composition. The amount of arena wins per week would be about 10 per team at 1500 rating or below and this would take you approximately 20-24 weeks to get fully geared in which the season will be almost over and any advantage you might have gear wise by playing a particular composition is gone and those who have t2 in 3's and whatnot who are bored and doing 5's will give you more trouble than its worth normally. You have a leg up once a season and that is with your ability to focus fire and getting t1 weps before many people seem to get theirs.
I understand you want to raid and all of that. But mixing and matching from a PVP standpoint the way you want (minus AV and IoC) can be accomplished with one group of each in multiples of 5. If you have 10 accounts and 10 of each type of character to gear it is going to get overwhelming and honestly if you don't get burnt out within a month I'd be surprised.
I am doing something similar so I can't say it is a bad idea in general... just doing it with 10 opposed to 5 is a lot of work. Also have to take into account time it might take less viable comps to actually get their weekly wins etc. The one thing I will say is that 5 boxing to a high rating is going to be a bit more difficult than having a reliable and skilled healer plus your 4 toons (for 5's at least).
I suggest having a focus team you wish to master and leveling/gearing the rest at a different pace. I've been doing it in 3's single boxing and dual-boxing for the most part and I can tell you from experience maintaining high rating and getting geared at a good pace can take time and dedication. Luckily enough I was able to sit 2200 rating the first week of this past two seasons which helped eleviate a lot of stress and allowed me to focus on 5's for rating/points for my main team but keeping my 3 rets geared this past season required LFR, PVP etc and one of them still doesn't have their 2200 weapon. I also have a set of shaman and two warriors I just couldn't bring myself to play because of the time investment to gear them in honor gear before even starting on arena.
All in all I just wanted to point out the time investment and sacrifice you'd be making and how it will hault overall success/speed of success competitively to do it in that manner. You'll have support from people but please don't kill yourself doing it![]()
