15FPS used to be the "standard" for slave frame caps back when I started. I think I run at 10 and I have no issues with assist, follow or using ground-target AOE. 30 is way overkill.

What do you think, can I keep my old graphic card and take profit of a i5-3570k for example ? Thanks !
I have an I5-750 now. I am not impressed, in fact I bought a new computer. It will dual/tri box but it bogs down on videos like twitch/ Hulu/uTube. Not sure if it is better now

Any delay in assisting is, and has always been, related to your in-game latency. Setting your background FPS to < 10 FPS is not recommended.
