Ok is your bear spam on key 1?

You need some basic heal spam. Put the following macro on your healer for 1spam as well.

    /focus TANKNAME
/castsequence [@focus] rejuvenation, nourish, swiftmend, rejuvenation

Every 15 seconds your healer will nourish, hot, and swiftmend the tank. She will be free the rest of the time to clique heal.

When you can, get the glyph of swiftmend and then cut the second rejuv out of the rotation.

The only thing I'd put on a clique heal at this level is regrowth (I like middle mouse button/wheel click for my regrowth/flash heal/healing surge) type spells.

Regrowth anyone that isn't the tank that takes more than 25% damage and other than that you should be fine here.

DO work on making your tanks health pool as high as you can at this point. Your first team you really want to have heirlooms or the nicest greens money can buy while you're learning.
