Shadowed Unit Frames question

Is it possible my characters by Shadowed Unit Frames always in a group?

Even though my characters are distributed in the raid times, as in this picture.

I've never used SUF and I think anyone would be out of their mind to go through that wall of code because it's lost all of its formatting, but what you're encountering is exactly the reason why people use Grid paired up with GridCustomLayouts or VuhDo and the private tanks (I think) feature.

What I do is two-fold

I use a video feed to my healer, who runs a custom Grid group for click healing

and for cast bars I use SUF, but I do live video feeds to my unit frames rather than looking at the party frames. For extra pro-ness I have a click bar that lines up with these unit frames for taunting off/cleansing the unitframe that sits beside it (lets call it semi-pro, as the bars don't work for all my teams).


I highly HIGHLY recommend what I'm currently using for the unit frame video passthroughs. It shows cast bars that you don't see for party members (like mounting up) and displays everyone even when they aren't currently in a group together.
