Moving RAF Character with Levels to Grant

Hi all,
so I am wondering has anyone done this, I have a character on an RAF account and I want to move their realm. Will I lost any levels left to grant if I move them to a different realm? Basically I have some toons on the other realm who I want to grant the levels to and so want to move this character to that realm. They are all on the same account, just different realm.
