That would be really sweet, however I have a remodel coming up next spring... so any change now would be temporary and I wouldn't want to put that kind of time into a setup. I found some arms on Amazon, but they are not ideal in that they only move the monitor around 24" and considering my desk is 18" deep it will only extend them 6" from the desk. Hmm.
