New Desk set up

Ok Im trying the recumbent bicycle set up. I bought a new recumbent bike, but I'm having trouble finding some good monitor arms that will extend my monitors out from my desk and in front of the bike (which should be right next to my desk chair). Either they mount to the desk or the ceiling or side wall.

Either they mount to the desk or the ceiling or side wall.

I was at the fairgrounds during an RV show and saw some pretty amazing TV setups. Coming down out of the ceiling or up from the floor at the push of a button.
