Default PVE leveling dungeon only, warlock / shaman seem gimp, any ideas?

I realize a lot of the problem could be my macro's. I'll share those when i get home, as could their spec.

    shaman macro: /castsequence reset=combat Earth Shock,Chain Lightning,Lightning Bolt,Chain Lightning,Lightning Bolt,Flame Shock,Lightning Bolt,Chain Lightning,Lightning Bolt

    TEAM 1
(magtheridon horde) i have (trolls) they are currently mid 30's
    druid - tank
    mage - arcane
    shaman - elemental
    hunter - survival
    priest - disc

at first i was having issues with the druid-tank, but once i got enrage at 22 those pretty much went away, and i gotta say, disc healing is awesome. (video feed with mouse pass thru) i lead from druid. The shaman so far the whole time has been around 1/4 the dps as the rest, sometimes 1/2 and goes OOM quick, i find myself intervating him often. (macro above) and i keep lightning shield up 100% of the time.

    TEAM 2
(kargath alliance) all human upper 30's lower 40's
paladin - tank (ezmode most of the time)
    mage - arcane
    hunter - survival
    warlock - demo
    priest - holy

this team has been pretty much cake the whole way so far, i may make this priest disc to match the other team, but i've not noticed any big differences between them yet, both are quite strong healers. on the warlock, im using a version of mecurio's macro's and i do the thing that gives u the soul shards at beginning and at bosses. and do the soulburn or w/e its called that "upgrades" your spells as often as i can in boss fights, and let it be used whenever said spell comes up in the macro, sometimes it helps, but most of the time it doesn't. again, this could be a macro issue and i will post them when im off work, i jst wanted to see if any of you guys had any ideas that i may have missed.

The shaman starts to shine when you get chain lightning and the ability to get mana regen from the chain lightning (maybe a glyph or a talent for this), I know from running with you in BGs on Mag that when I can use chainlightning spam on 3+ targets I actually regen mana faster than I can use it. For the elemental shammy ensure you are using your thunderstorm/pushback to regen mana each cooldown.. in PVP it is survival technique in PVE it is just regen or for gimick fights.

actually forgot about thunderstorm since i've never had to use it on this team for anything, i'll def add that to his sequence.

Don't use chain lightning for single target purposes. It costs a lot of mana and it hits for less than lightning bolt single target.

At low levels the only thing you really need for ele is

/castsequence flame shock, lightning bolt, ligh bolt, lig bolt .....
    /cast lava burst

And use an aoe rotation on a different key, which for ele comes down to spamming chain lightning.

Rolling Thunder gives mana back for both LB and CL if Lightning Shield is active. Resto also has Telluric Currents

At the end of the day, mages and hunters just put out the most dps, it's probably not that you're doing anything wrong with the lock/shaman, they just aren't as powerful.
