How do i multibox

Im new at multiboxing well i havent ever multiboxed before i would really like to. I tryed to use Autohotkey but my computer doesnt know what a .ahk file is. is there a way so my computer does? im tryin octopus right now but its really confusing. Can i have some help? i dont want to use keycloner becuase it cost money. Please help <3
