C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\SWTOR\ is what I found doing a quick Google.

Note this path is different than where the game files are stored.
I thought the same thing but I copied all the files in the main users SWTOR folder to the new one and it works there. It contains all my GUI layouts and settings. If the files were corrupt it would cause the new user to screw up as well. I searched my ass off and it seems like a common bug with Swtor to have DEP shut down launcher. There really was no fix I could find other than making a new user. Maybe Lax knows something more about how Isboxer launches Swtor. If I just start the game normally on my original user it loads up fine. The only time DEP shuts it down is when I launch it from Inner Space on that user account. It could be a problem with Inner Space.
