Default Some keys broadcasting with repeater and keymaps turned off

Some of my keys are broadcasting with repeater and keymaps turned off. Even though they were first made under the same wizard as keys that do turn off as intended. But I re made them hoping it would fix the problem which it did not.

is your profile stock or modified?

    stock has

    general
    control
    FTL DPS

keymaps off only turns off general and FTL DPS.

so if you added more mapsets. then you need to add them to the keymaps off mechanism.
if thats not the case look in your control mapset and your culpret is probably in there. try moving that mapped key to general. cause you dont want to turn off control or you'll be in big trouble.
Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says, "Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it"

They were on a new keymap, Moving them to general worked. Thank you very much.

Sorry for making a new thread I did not search the FAQ only DB.com. I will make sure to check both next time.

It's fine. In my opinion, Wikis exist for two reasons: 1) So new people can browse through the information at will to teach themselves and 2) so people who know the information exists can quickly link it to someone in need rather than type out the instructions over and over again.

I'd strongly suggest you keep your keys in the new keymap, but just add the toggle for that keymap to the keymaps on/off key.

The more keymaps you have (and the more precisely named) the easier it is to find the one keybind you want to change.

Don't edit your post like that. If you have a new question, add it as a new post to the original thread or start a new thread. Now people will read this thread and have no idea what is going on.
