How to get multiple lotros on my turbine account?

How do you add additional lotros to the same account. A previous thread says it works like battlenet but this isn't intuitive.

I didn't see any on your website, but did you do any kind of guide or posts anywhere when you were doing lotro?

Unfortunately not. I didn't end up playing for every long because The Man lost interest, so I didn't have too much time to figure stuff out. I'm not even sure if anything has changed since it went F2P.

That sounds like my reason for quitting warhammer (which I really liked).

Turbine sent me one product key two days ago and since then nothing (I've opened two new tickets in that time). That, and finding out that I can't do my planned RKs for free (I'll only have one on my old paid premium account) is dampening my enthusiasm.
