I cannot faction change some toons :(

Oh I am so annoyed... Blizzard does not know why I can not initiate faction changes on 2 accounts (I have 6 or so accounts)

2 specific accounts has 2 hunters and shammys that I want to faction change from alliance back to horde, however every time I try to faction change from 2 specific accounts I get an error, and does not say what or why. and to contact blizzard, this is at the stage where you pay for a credit card. Yes funds on the CC, I even tried using my fiances card, same thing happens with his card on these 2 accounts, same deal trying to use paypal.

So I called Blizzard spoke to someone for over 40 minutes, he couldnt figure it out, and sent off an internal ticket to somewhere else.

I can faction change from other accounts fine... even tested it an account while on phone with blizzard and then cancelled it.

I sent a ticket in prior to calling them, and they updated it asking if I can faction change or if problems still exist, which they do.

days later and still cannot move my toons... no mail in mailboxes, no heirlooms etc not that it should matter... they arent in arena teams or captains, they arent GM of guilds etc

Just every time says error and contact blizzard billing.. and they have noidea why and Im left in the dark without moving my toons... anyone else have had this happen ?

I need my hunters on horde too RF with my other sets and nothing I can do to move them and blizz cannot figure it out so far in why this happens on 2 specific accounts.

Same thing here, I want to migrate one of my shamans on an alt account to a new realm and meanwhile change it to my main account as well (done this in the past quite a few times). Using bnet balance and every time I get an error that doesn't make sense.

I loaded some money onto bnet balance thingy, and then when I went to faction change there was no option to use the balance thingy, read through all help files and turns out because I am in Australia and use AUD currency guild services are Not avilable through bnet balance... so they are in middle of refunding it back, and still can not figure out why I can not faction change toons from 2 accounts and blizzard staff on the phone, said he can not try to initiate it himself because they are not allowed o touch toons if its in regards to guild services............

just annoying cause I cant use toons on those 2 accounts affectively because they are on the opposite faction from where they need to be

I need to get back into my wow addiction because I picked up a new addiction and it's not a good one lol

Waa, more days lapse, still no results... I keep getting the run around, its because of my financial institution... I explained that cannot be possible because

1) I have "other" accounts that renew fine from the same CC
2) I did a guild master realm change last week and was same CC
3) I did a faction change on a different account with same CC worked fine
4) Anything from 2 other wow accounts all under same Bnet will not faction/realm change and error occurs.

So how can it be my financial institution + I tried using my fiances CC and same error happens, contact blizzard.

They told me to try and use some other form of payment lol.... /faint

Im out of idea's and stuck not being able too faction change toons from 2 specific accounts. /cry

try after the server reset's most of the time its probs at the database ends that need resetting that's done once a week. i had this prob before now and it when though just after resets. am sure they tryed to refresh the accounts but sometimes they need to do it deeper into the database that phone support does not have access to good luck.

I had an issue similar to this but I think you probably already tried what eventually fixed it for me.

My issue had to do with a guild faction change. I had changed the GM for the guild but had not logged in the character that was made the new GM. Once I logged in the character that was the new GM, voila! Guild was transferred.

Not sure that will work for your troubles, but if you haven't already done that, you might give it a whirl.

Yeh issue isnt that I log in on all my toons often... I tried last week and still didnt work I was going to call bliz today but I left it for to late and they are not open, so will call them tomorrow and see what they can do, to fix it.

Usually they are pretty good and helpful but they couldnt figure it out and they left me a note on my bnet to call them to work through issue.
