Thumbs down Insulting and immature reactions in gameplay

Last night I cringed at comments within our lossing AV bg from fellow Alliance players
We encountered a co-ordinated Horde team with two sets of Boxers builted into the masses
Both teams had 5 Deathknights which in itself was not the problem, the issue in hand was the level of maturity demonstrated
in game which caused all types of issue in encountering.
I know we all hate lossing - lossing to a superior team and/or team tactic often causes heated discussion
When the discussion relates to /spit /laugh etc in game after being munched by 10 Deathknights, that can cause issue and extremely negative reactions to Boxers as a wider community.
I will not name the team in question (as it would serve little purpose) other then to remind our community to play with class, pride and maturity when and whereever they are in game.
I have learnt over the past year$ to just ignore mass BG flames in game (as we all get painted with the same brush at times) - these days its just easier to /afk, wait 15 minutes plus and battle a new field.

Your thoughts on problem boxer maturity levels/actions

Cannot control whether people are mature or not.
The emotes are in the game, and some will use them.

    I don't really see a point in using /spit.

I know, running with the RathStrat guys, we generally steam-roll alliance.
But the best games by far, are those where the other side is coordinated.
On a typical night, there are 2-3 in the same battleground on our side.
But in games I play there are anywhere from 0 to 20 other toons who are boxed.

Guild runs, have been entirely boxed, but that's not RathStrat.
It might be rather similar to RathStrat, but generally not exactly the same.
Particularly when you have 25 toons boxed, and 15 pugs doing their own thing.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

I'd wager most horde boxers would taunt alliance in BGs if they won. Nothing illegal about it and let's face it, alliance golden girls need all the taunting we can give 'em.

    1. Ever since I started boxing, I saw an increase in 'l33t gangsta kids' who like to box to 'pwn'. Mind you this is not a very objective fact and absolutely a generalisation. Those are your average players you would never team up with for solo play. They just want to have a certain power they don't have when playing solo. They are not capable of writing their own macro nor to think for themselves setup wise and just copy specs from successful people without knowing what's going on. They can toss the money to box, import pretty/copy much everything and then run around spamming 1 button ganking people, celebrating how good they are. Luckily you won't encounter too many of these on db.com, but I've met a fair share in game / elsewhere on the web.

    2. Recently I keybinded a spit on human / rogues macro on my actionbar for when I play solo on my ele shaman. Reason is obvious: most OP spec in the game, most OP racial in the game and alliance. And if some human rogue was to kill himself irl after me doing a /spit, I'd macro it to every ability I have.

LOL yeah theres always going to be QQ hate on multiboxers who own against the opposing team, regardless of the side. I just use /ignore if they are being really annoying

I liked that anti-gold spam addon.
The one that blocked whispers, and gave them the message that you could not hear them until they reached level 'x'.

In a way, that's trolling them back; they need to level the alt, to bestow the rage.
