There's 2 main reasons to use a Click Bar for something. That's A) to remember fewer Hotkeys, and B) to have a visual indicator.

I'd add ... C) to enable you to do 2 actions at once, such as healing a character with your right hand using the mouse and a Click Bar while DPSing with your left hand using the keyboard. This is the main motivation behind the various Click Healing setups that use a Click Bar.
