Need help with window swapping bug...

So by default, when I click-focus on a secondary window, it swaps with my main window. For some reason this got disabled and I don't know how to fix it! I mainly play with a layout that uses click-focus swapping but I do have one layout without it. I changed to that layout and then changed back and now all my layouts wont click-swap anymore. I can set a hotkey to swap the focused window to the primary region, but I like the old way better where I didn't have to press a button to do it. Can anyone explain what happened, and more importantly how I can fix this? Note that the ISBoxer Suite was not open or adjusted when I came across this bug, so it definitely was not me screwing up the settings!

I've tried the "Swap Hot Character to main region" pulldown but it doesnt change anything.

Also, "Disable swapping" is set to false.

I've tried making a new layout with the wizard but the behavior is the same still, even when I choose a swapping layout.

Edit: The issue seems to have fixed itself...
