Default change assist upon char switch

I changed some keymaps lately as I configured a new team, based off my previous working setup and I run into an issue now: if I do a window swap, the slaves will still assist the previous toon who was into the maxed window (i.e. the initial leader), rather than assisting the new maxed window, or in short: my assist doesn't update when i windows swap. I remember a setting somewhere that I can't recall where, that said something along the lines of 'promote leader upon window swap'. Not sure if it has to do with that.

Either way I took a screenie of my mapped keys:

I have a 3 step key map, that incorporates 7,8 & 9. The hotkey is 1 for this.
I have a normal dps keymap on 1 (the standard one).
I have a toggle key (HOME) that turns the 3 map on and the 1 normal off, and the other way around.

Not sure where I should look at or what I should provide to get it fixed, Any pointers welcome.

Some further testing shows it's only when I switch to my tank (slot 5) that they don't assist him.

How are you switching chars? Hotkey for each one?

Mine is set up so that when I hit F1-F5, it calls the named macros to switch jamba master and leader stuff around. You can also set that in the character slot options so it calls a mapped key when that slot becomes the active window.

I use hotkeys, a different one for each slot (alt num1, alt num 2, ... alt num5). I've removed everything and configured it again through the wizard and running into the same problem: when changing to slot 5, the others won't assist him. The only thing I can find are the FTL modifiers ...

    slot 1 - L Shift
    slot 2 - R shift
    slot 3 - L Ctrl
    slot 4 - L Alt
    slot 5 - L ctrl + L shift

Note that I do not have 'Use FTL modifiers' ticked under advanced for each dps keymap (I googled and that was the solution for someone with a similar problem).

Now I do have an actionbar in wow keybinded to shif+ctrl+numpad 1, shift+ctrl+numpad 2, .....

What happens when I'm mashing any dps button when I have solt 5 as the one the others should assist: the others will try to execute a spell on that action bar which is bound to ctrl+shift+numpad ... (spells like drink / eat / mount or on that actionbar, so I don't have any FTL dps keymap that references to that action bar.

So long story short I think the FTL modifier key for slot 5 screws it up. Not sure if I break anything while changing that, but I guess worst case scenario is that I'll have to setup isboxer again, so worth a try.
