Toon window does not "maximize" to main location

I havent played in a couple of weeks and i noticed today that while loading any character set, the 5 windows of wow will load but they all stay at the lowered position on my screen. Not one of them will "maximize" to the lead toon's set position on the screen when i click their window.

Any ideas?

Update ISBoxer by launching ISBoxer Toolkit. If it doesn't offer to update, go to Help->About and make sure you are on 40.2.405.1 or later (if not, an update link will be provided right there). After updating, do an Export to Inner Space. Then re-launch your team.
