WSG weekend decided to 10 box even though i didn't win majority of the bgs i still made a lot of people mad AND i would average 100-150 more honor than the team that would win. They would average 1 kill on my flag carrier per game and i would avg over 150 honorable kills lol. Was a good weekend.

I've been going through the same thing. I really hate BGs for the simple fact that the playerbase in WoW SUCKS.

My shaman is usually top heals. My hunters end up being reasonable in the top 3 of our team dps.

Meanwhile, the entire team is bitching about me 5 boxing WSG. They blame the loss on me, even though they know full well how badly they lose without me in the game.

It's just disgusting how dumb these people are. I do it now just to egg them on. Put my toons on a death march towards the enemy and keep it up until the game is over.

Had a guy on my last romp on my shaman through EotS who insisted that I was a waste to our team, but I had 2 times the amount of damage of everyone else and was involved in every tower assault that game... You just have to ignore them and do your thing.

You lost that particular battle. and the douche nozzle still complained. Wow. Thats a whole new low to a "5 pop'd collar" d-bag. I love how the forum trolls turned on him.



This weekend I ran my hunters too. 5 times the Dozer. I lost nearly every match. I think we only won 4. all of which I just sat on our flag, and destroyed anyone coming in. Problem was, I ended up with so little Honor. So, I decided a loss but with more honor was a better guarantee than a hope of a win.

Oh, and my level 14 hunters were wearing 3 whites, 1 grey, 3 level 10 greens, and one blue.... level 8 crossbows. At low levels, gear seemed to not really matter. Id one button (5 times arcane shot) kill a heirloomed enemy with ease.

I was /spit on a lot tho. I need a bath.

Too true.

BGs are loaded to the brim with people who just look to complain about anything and everything. The fact I was 5 boxing WSG seemed to make them more irate than the two toons sitting in the flag room the entire game with no heals and no damage.

Needless to say, if it wasn't me then they'd be on them, or just yelling at each other because they're losing which is perfectly normal for them in any pug setting.

I found with my 5-box, with fairly decent gear...
WSG can be a fairly decent battleground.

The team is 4 DK's and 1 Holy Pally.
They have full honor gearing, and 40% of their gear is Conquest upgraded.
That includes both Conquest weapons for the DK's (dual-wielding) and Weapon & Shield for the Pally.

The goal of the game is simple.
Stay on their half of the map, and farm their players.
But be very observant of their flag carrier, and make returning the flag the sole priority.
Sure farm their players for honor too, but be sure to return flags.

If your team has anyone that can run the flag, even once...
The game ends in a win almost every time.

If I end up having to carry the flag myself.
Those games suck, because eventually my toon gets too vulnerable and is killable.
And going after their team doesn't work, because someone else will pick up the flag again... same problem.

I don't really like WSG... but when there's a single objective in a match.
A half geared boxing team that has synergy is rather strong.
I didn't play this WSG at all, but was around 85% in the previous one (26 wins, 4 losses).
