Default Help with IWT and DPS macro

Hi guys, Looking to box 3 enhance (or attempt) But I have IWT sorted (I think) but I have a very basic question that I cant seem to find anywhere.

Do you need to basically spam 2 keys at once to do play a melee team? What i mean by this is say for example my IWT is bound to "1" and my main castsequence dps key is bound to "2". do i need to spam 1 & 2 to keep the toons ontop of someone and use the dps stuff?

I use a naga was thinking of doing IWT on that and dps on my keyboard but any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

What program do you use? You can incorporate the 2 keys into one in ISBoxer and HotKeyNet if you want.

I use ISBoxer - so I can spam key "1" for example and it will dps and IWT? that sounds better! Is that where i set the hotkey as something different than what the bind is in game? for example in ISboxer i set keymap for IWT as 1 and in wow i set IWT as keybind 1 but then for the dps key set the keymap in ISBoxer as 1 again and then the wow bind as 2?

    Thanks btw alot of help

If you want to prevent IWT from killing you (pulling more adds or just running off the ledge in Grim Batol), try this.

Keep your DPS key on step 1.
Put the IWT keystroke on step 2.

Under advanced for that keypress, have the button reset to step 1 after 0.5 seconds.

This way if you need the IWT you can spam click but if you don't need the bugged movement, you click or scroll once a second. That way he should arrive right on the target instead of past the target.

The more I mess with step macros the more I like them. I do the same for movement keys now too. Such as 1 press = main, 2 press = range, 3 press = melee. You get used to it pretty quickly. Gotta have the reset condition in there though and on a reasonable window.
