I have had some problems with keyclone, very minor I might add and it was stuff I just didnt understand. I would send keyclone a PM and he would reply in most times just minutes. I was so impressed at his prompt replies and help I just was not expecting this kind of customer support. But what takes the cake is this. I upgraded tonight to Vista and could not use keyclone. I sent him a PM and went to watch a movie not really expecting to be able to play until tomorrow so was no worried. I just jump on to notice I had a pm in my mailbox and he had fixed my sys ID and activated my Keyclone in like 1 hour, at 2 am in the morning. Now if that is not great support I dont know what is.
Bottom line is keyclone works flawless, its alwas being upgraded, im just blown away at how prompt the customer support will respond to you, and are so willing to help you figure out how to best setup your keyclone for your toons. So if you guys have not gotten it yet go get it, its well worth the 20 bucks and is by far the easiest and best program out to multi-box with.
