With that many Death Knights, wouldn't it be better to have them, or most of them Blood spec for self healing rather than Frost? You'd still kill everything in just a couple swings, but with 10 Blood Worms up and Glyphed Rune Tap, you probably wouldn't loss any of them in a fight.
