I didn't like them at 18th and 19th, in the 14-19 bracket.
And think they're around 22nd or so now.

Essentially mana issues, which due to the level was totally understandable.
I haven't really given the team much of a chance, because I did 5x Holy Pallies (1st to 57th), then Cata launched and I played "main teams"... 5x Feral Druids (from 80 to 85, and then the Honor Grind), and then the same with the Pally/DK's (80 to 85, and Honor Grind)... as soon as the team stopped being really fun.

The problem with the dot classes...
While the dots are ticking away, they're still killing you.
If you were playing Mages, Shaman, or any nuking class... and had landed that many spells, they'd already be dead and not killing your team.

I'd imagine the play experience would change with levels.
More mana, more spells, more heals, more health, etc.
