    I am not seeing this, quest hand ins are giving 175 guild XP on my server Uther. Am I missing something?

    Just mouse over your guild exp bar in the guild tool. There is no daily limit calculated right now. Normal guild rep was about 50 per quest and guild exp was 17k per quest. So they ~tripled the gains for each quest.
