If you just want pure broadcast for F1 and F2 only, follow the instructions in http://isboxer.com/wiki/EVE:Quick_St...asting_hotkeys. The target should be "all w/ current: and you can skip steps 6 and 7. In Step 3 just press F1 and F2.
