If you're Demo, pretend they're Hunters.
If you're Desto, they're traditional casters.
If you're Affliction, they're mobile casters.

You could spec one Affliction, for Unstable Affliction.
To protect the dots from the others.

Maybe one goes Destro, for the Replenishment & Shadowfury stun.

Then run the others as Demo, which gets Soul Link and pets.
Or run 2x whichever spec is your favorite and only 1x Demo.

If you stack your toons, you're vulnerable to melee cleave...
But will also destroy melee because of all the point-blank effects you have which overlap.
Any non-cleave that is stacked will fall fast.

Locks have a lot of dots, which can be fun to apply.
You have Fire & Shadow nukes.
Pet buffs/abilities.
