Mists Scenarios

Does anyone have any more detail on Scenarios in Mists? Sounded like a good potential for same class PVE multiboxers to get valor for better gear but the following from Q&A sessions in Blizz Taiwan and Korea discussions is only updates I've seen since Blizzcon. Assuming no less than 3 people means three characters, but no confirmation. Anyone else know any more?

And what about mounts/pets/achievements? Sounds like all could be battle.net account wide and affect us multiboxers quite a bit. Have stopped any of these collection activities with teams until more is known.

Can we get high level endgame gear from Scenario instances?

A:
Scenario instances will provide the players some valor points, as we mentioned before. The system is still under development.

What exactly is the player number limit of PVE scenarios?

A:
Technically, it could be unlimited since it's one type of the instances. But we would give each scenario a player limit per run. For example, there might be a 25 men raid scenario. And we agree that the player limit of a scenario must at least have more than 3 people.

They haven't said much about anything outside of the talents. I'm sure they're holding off on releasing information on a lot of things for the press tour next week.
