It's DDR marketing crap. The clock is 2004MHz. Always double check manufacturer websites if
numbers look weird. Also, those are two different cards. The more expensive one is a "Ti" model
and has a fancier cooler which does seem to keep the card a little cooler. Either way they're
practically the same card.
