Read through this thread . There are lots of leaders. All you have to do is join vent and move to one of the War Room channels. Usually, there are at least 1-2 AV groups running each night.

Just pop into the channel, ask if there are any spots open. If there are, the will invite you next game. If not, you'll be added to the wait list.

Typically, the AV leader has his real id in his vent comment.
