The best tanking class is still Paladin. here is a comparison chart You can make most tanking classes work as tanks but some classes like warrior or DK require alot more micro which in the long run may make your healing or dps suffer. The other thing you want to think about when you choose a tank is the Dungeon Finder and dual spec, system. Many Tanking classes can both tank, dps, and even heal. Some examples are that Druids dual spec to ranged DPS, and Pallys can dual spec to Healing.
