Is my system good enough to handle 4box now ?

I used to 3 box, in TBC, on a system much worse than my current, but the requirements of wow seems to have gone through the roof in later
years. I've been thinking about starting a 4 box team, but i am unsure if i can run it propperly. I'd appriciate some input on this.

My system is as follows:

Intel Core i7-860 2.86GHz 8MB S-1156
ASUS P7H55-M DDR3 mATX S-1156
8GB DDR3 1333MHz Kingston (4x2GB)
1024MB XFX ATI HD5850 725M DDR5 PCI-E
1TB Samsung 7200rpm 32MB SATA2
23 Samsung XL2370 5000000:1 LED (2ms)
Windows 7, 64bit

I've got custom cooling on the GPU, can't remember which - but it's good.

I'm hoping to be able to run the main window in 'high' settings and the others in low. I'd like the main window to not look like garbage while
i'm playing and i'm fairly touchy when it comes to bad frames per second, but i'm hoping not to spent any money on my system if i can avoid it.
