    Default FP: Hammer Station

    Hi,
anyone some tips how to multibox this with a 1* Jedi knight an 3 Sages at lvl 17 (one specced healing)?

The last boss just rapes me, the rest of the instance is not a problem.

I've seen the vid of the melee team of Mosg, which kind of negates the "shit on the ground" things.

At 17 it's going to be hard - the adds will eat you up.

If you're going to have any shot at all, make sure you have a good click-healing system set up, and make sure you have decent gear on your tank. You may have to wait a couple levels though.

Well. don't get stuck at level 17. COme back at level 19. Reaching level 50 is important. If you really really want to do it at 17, then bring potions. Spread your slaves at start. Constantly check slave window for the ground AOE, move them while keep dpsing. Keep your tank back facing the panel so he doesn't get knocked off. Save your tank AOE to pick up ADDs. If adds on a slave (healer most likely), use your AOE knock back on that slave. And don't bother killing the adds. Just focus on the boss, ignore the last 2 waves of adds. Keep hitting the boss and drink pot. Kill the boss before you die to adds. Come back and loot

I just did it with that same group ( emp version of SJ+ 3sorcs ) at lvl 19. The whole instance was a joke up to the last boss. I did exactly what remanz said.. i kept my tanks back to the console behind the boss..so i could see the AE placement and move my slaves accordingly. The first few times i wiped due to not moving out of the ae fast enough and wasting too much time on adds. 3rd attempt i killed him by focusing on the boss better AND moving my slaves ASAP when i see the ground target. ( also using the knockback helps a lot to keep adds away and i have a click button to place shields on all the slaves instantly.

    thanks for the tips.
The rest of the instance is indeed a joke (besides the two elite robots quite in the beginning, when CC is not set up correctly didn't wipe, but always lost 1/2 my toons. FTL-setup FTW )
I am LVL18 now on my team and will try it again tonight. AOE knock back+ shield sounds good (mental note: need to configure that), and I never moved individually out of the ground attacks. (pressed follow so they more or less moved out of it...)
I also read that the big attack of that boss can be interrupted (just got interrupt abilities on tank and dps

I move them all forward and backward. if i was running two monitors i might move them individually, but i run 4 stacked windows on one screen..

worked perfectly at lvl 22. (wanted to do it earlyer, but I also wanted to get my ships and was curious if I can multibox space missions with 4 chars - YES it works)
3 stacked Sages, with shield and forcewave kill the adds almost second one after CD finishes the adds, and striving them left and right out of the floor stuff, worked as well.
Next time I try to fraps it.
Result: Hammer station cleared, no deaths. \0/ YAY

Sages have a lot of trouble on any fight with adds until you reach level 20 and put a point into Telekinetic Wave. After that it gets much, much easier. I hold on to Force Sweep with my Guardian, put Guard on my healer and wait for all the adds to get to the healer. Force Leap, Force Sweep as soon as they're stacked on the healer, then run back to the boss and start AoEing.

It's the lack of AoE spells at low levels that makes it hard. I'd just skip it until you get TW.

Sorry to bump an older thread, but I didn't think we needed another thread about the same FP.

I'm trying Hammer Station at level 21 with a Juggernaut/Sorceror combo. I want to do it while it's still giving xp and I know that at level 23 it's gray, so I'm running out of levels

I can clear the entire FP without problems except for 2 spots.

1 - right at the beginning, there are two battle droids with a few other smaller droids. When my sorceror CC's one of the battle droids, every other droid immediately unloads on him killing him within about 1.5 seconds... not even enough time to get a heal off. I tried just fighting and healing without using any CC, but the two battle droids at once outgun my healing, so I have to take one of them out of the fight.

2 - the final boss. Every time the boss calls in additional help, they go straight for the healer. Every single time, so he's busy healing himself and then the companions die and then it's lost.

Anyone got any tips on surviving these two spots with a 2-box team (with companions)? My gear is about the best I can get for my level so far, my heal system works great, it's just that my sorceror gets overwhelmed and dies too quickly and without any heals, the FP is done

If you are able to pull this off before it goes grey as a 2-box +companions I will be impressed. Flashpoints save BT were never designed to be run without a full group. Companions are at best 40%.

Good luck; hope you pull it off.
