I piss off a lot of opposite faction players, in most BG's.
I'd imagine I get reported a lot.
Players on my own faction threaten to report me for botting, and I tell them to go ahead.
I've never had a GM talk to me about botting.
I've once had a GM show up, mention that boxing is really fun to watch, and hang out for a couple of hours watching me...
Usually, I'd imagine they check to see that the names on the accounts are all the same.
But probably nothing beyond that.

Roll on all toons lol... unless you're in a guild group and you want to be nice to friends.
I play 4 (Tank, DPS, Heals) and leave 1 spot for random dps... its the single dps toon i let in thats usually the worst one. Most of his time is spent wondering whats going on...
I get lots of Reque!? responses at the end of a run...
If you have similar names/toons how often would one get kicked from LFR just for being identified as a multiboxer? It's something I'm worried about as I have 5 druids with identical names levelling up right now. In hindsight it might have been better to give them all unrelated names.

Dont give in to the haters I always name my toons similar namesand if folks got to make an issue out of it then thats there problem. it doesnt matter , even if your toon are different names the coordination of movment will always make people stop and look . never let others control your fun in game if your playing by the rules then have at it. and there is no rules against multi-boxing

In my opinion, its not whether you paid for the account that determines if its ethical to roll, its whether the toon that is rolling contributed its share towards killing the mob that dropped the loot. I can afk follow the healer on one account and would have no business A) not getting kicked, and B) rolling on loot - does matter I paid for the account.
Just saying that among all the responses I'd give one of these "haters" complaining about all my toons rolling, "I paid for both accounts" wouldn't be one of them.
Since I just came back to playing WOW I can't comment on LFD as a boxer but in WOTLK I played the healer and 3 DPS and grouped with a random tank. I found a few that were compentent so we did this all the way to level 80.
Later in the game (once I could outgear the instance) I ran my own 5 mans - tanking with my paladin and healing/dps with the shamans. It was doable but kind of a pain in the ass to.
I thought 4x (healer and 3x DPS) was way easier.
