Any way to get these posts to ping The Blog forum like we used to see? I'm guessing I'm not the only one who bookmarked directly to the forum, so I'm sure a lot of people are missing these updates because they don't check the main page. Or get a regular forum post up telling people to make sure they're checking here for these posts.

I'm still not on board with the recent posts layout, it is very difficult to follow and I'm using "What's New?" instead. How do others feel about that section on the front page? Maybe it would be a good idea to scrap it instead of trying to replicate what we had before? Even though I'm getting more or less the same experience as I did before the extra click on What's New? does itch in the wrong way a bit.

I qq'd half a day to myself that it was balls, then I forgot how it looked like a day before and moved on. Pretty much like with every site I frequent that makes a change.

This site is one of the tabs that opens, when I start Firefox.
It defaults to the forums page, and not the front page... so I rarely see what's there.

I used to use: Quick Links > Today's Posts.
Now I use: What's New.

Instead of 1-2 pages of threads with posts that have been updated in the last 24 hours...
I get 3-5 pages of threads, broken up into two sections: those that have been updated since my last visit, and those which have not been.

Not too different.

I did opt for the lighter theme, which makes the reading easier.
Although the aesthetics of the newer themes were fun for a couple of days.

I really enjoy most of the changes. It feels alot fresher, but is there a way to turn "currently hot in the commons" section of from the front page. Every time I enter the front page it has to load a few videos and that takes sometimes for me to load.
