I like the format, this should be pretty easy to follow. Hopefully the "For Dummies" people don't issue a takedown for your first image though

One thing worthy of mention here is that as of ISBoxer 40.0.204.1 (~12 hours ago), the Quick Setup Wizard now generates some Variable Keystrokes (follow, assist, target slots, etc), as well as includes configurable Follow Me and Assist Me Mapped Keys in the Non-combat Key Map. So this guide can actually be shortened by a few images now (Text guide: Common modifications: The game's Key Bindings)

found my problem...working now. Thank you for all the hard work.

I have been able to get the follow key working in the quick setup variable setup but have been unable to get the assist working. I am essentially following same format but are using the pre-fab variable keystrokes and non-combat. For the Follow: I have set up the variable keystroke to be "Insert". On the non-combat Follow Me i have also made the hotkey "Insert". Actions: <Target Slot {SLOT}> ->all other, <Follow Target> -> all other...but when trying same with Assist Me except keystroke and hotkey Alt_T...it does not work. Have set up Target Me...as separate keystroke as well as for Acquire Targets Target..does not work...ALT T does not work for any window. Sure it is something simple but not getting my head around it. I do like the variable keystrokes and see alot of potential but confused.

Another Question: The follow and break follow work great. I have them on separate keybinds (using left turn to break)...is there a way to toggle them and use same keybind?

Apparently, characters are sorted in the party/operations window in the order of their internal ID number (which you can't see). If you always group with the same people, you will always be in the same order. If you add someone new to the group/operation, they will be put in order according to their ID number.

Should have called it "Follow/Assist SWTOR for OldRod" LOL

Great guide! I think even *I* can follow that one

I am using Mosg's setup right now. Prior to that I setup a similar follow from one of your forum post. I will give this a shot. One thing about the Mosg setup that has a disadvantage for dual boxers is adding strangers to your group. If I add someone to my group the alt starts following him screwing things all up. If I keep the group just me it works perfect. Hopefully this system will fix that. If I do change to this I think all my keymaps for the game will need to be altered.

I followed the guide and follow works but my test dps key will not make the second character attack. Everything looks just as you displayed it. Any ideas?
