Well, the real work begins now; my toons pretty much do what I need them for basic commands, following, assisting, ect.
I began working out my setup to utilize my G13 gaming pad in conjunction with my Nostromos N52, changing the in game key bindings; all written up on a couple of sheets of paper, with diagrams for my specific keys.

Without the aid of macro’s I see a long road ahead before I bring in another account.
Currently I am seeing that the left side of my main/Tank account will be dedicated to my priority rotation, and the second tier of the bottom will be single character non-pass through for taunts, interrupts, defense abilities, ect.

I am keeping the top tier on the bottom for full pass through; 1, 2, 3 for cut scenes; 1-6 will go to my healing abilities on the second character, with the rest used for buffs, mounts, and other necessary shared abilities. I will be dedicating the right hand side to my alt’s once I feel comfortable running flashpoints as Tank/Heals; first (5) reserved for dps rotations, with the remainder dedicated to CC’ing, interrupts, medpacks, and other character specifics.

((I did try out the powertech /sorcerer and hated it; way too much micro management with heat conservation for my taste.))

My end result will be Juggernaut with (2) dps sorcerers 0/13/28, with a third sorcerer dedicated to support, 32/7/2 give or take. I am wondering however if my current machine will run (4) accounts with too much in the way of upgrades. Planning to bring up my ram to 16-gigs in the near future and adding a 128-gig SSD; hopefully my i7 with its ATI 6850 will be enough to run my (2) 24” monitors without too much resolution reduction and graphics loss.

Any rate, I would like to thank all the kind folks who constantly post enlightening idea are that help and old fart like me run around with my characters in tow adding insult to injury to them who get in my way.

I'm trying to run 2 operatives on 2 monitors. This is probably the easiest question ever, but is there a way to get them to come out of cover without breaking follow or if anyone has agents, what do you do? Right now I have to use the jump key to get them out of cover and then hit follow again or I have to turn on mouse repeater then move both guys then hit follow. Both ways feel inefficient.

hi, i think movement keys will work as well and are faster than the jump animation.

How feasible is to mbox OPs, since they need the cover ? (thats the reason I didn't box them. I did some dual boxing with an IA and a BH in the lowbie zone, end I mainly controlled the OP (cover and such) and used the BH as a turret

I don't know about feasible, but 2x Snipe with snipers is killer! PvP was a bit frustrating, but when it worked out, holy cow.... if I get this working 4x snipers using snipe ...<drool>

    (1) Jugg and (3) Sorc is BOSS I believe your system should be able to operate 4 accounts just fine.

I currently lead with a Jugg, with Sorcs in follow. One has a few points into healing, and wears healy gear. The others are straight out madness. I have click bars set up for healing so my healing is NOT an issue. I have click bars set up for CC also. Again, this is NOT an issue. The DPS rotations "macro" is worked into the ISBoxer key spam mapped key. I think the term "Popsicle Stick" approach was tossed around, and is probably a very close description of how it works. The in game result is I have (3) sorcs that have an actual DPS rotation, they utilize key attacks, along with my Jugg too... and for the occasional "need" to use a taunt, those are click only.

Really, I cant think of a better way to do what Im doing. I will admit that I dont have the ability to use the AOE "click then place" attacks from the sorcerers, but using that many accounts together, youre not going to need it anyway.

    A new day... new questions

OK. When I set up my current character set, I did a File/Clear before starting so I could start from scratch (probably a bad move, but I feel like I can control what's going on that way). Now I realize that I need to add mouse repeaters back in. How do I go about adding a mouse repeater back into an existing character set?

For instance, I want to create a hotkey to turn on the mouse repeater, activate QuickTravel and select the same destination on all characters, then turn mouse repeater back off.

I am loving ISBoxer so far! I found out this morning that I can actually edit my character sets while the game is running and just re-export them to test it immediately in game - sped things up a lot!

quick answer. Create a new mapped key, do new key state action, assign the broadcast mouse to all windows, set your assigned key, set the state to ON. then on a new step, action, duplicate that, but set the state to OFF. export and your done. press your key, mouse broadcasts, press it again and your mouse broadcast is off.

I would add in a text that alerts you to what the key state is.
    Code:
    New Mapped Key (key)
    New Mapped key state action
    Step one
          l_action one
                 l_Do mouse repeat ON>All
l_Popup Text>All (Make it say something like "HEY JACKASS!! YOUR MOUSE IS ON!!")
    Step two
           l_action one
                  l_Do mouse repeat OFF>All
l_Popup Text>All (Make it say something like "THATS BETTER, GLAD YOU DIDNT FORGET THIS TIME - MOUSE OFF")
And dont forget to relabel it as Mouse Repeater or something so you will know what it is.

You can also do all this without mouse broadcasting at all, and just use a Repeater Region, but thats another topic.

Mosg. I did not see anything about your DPSing for your sorcs. I see the healing and all the other keybinds, no dps key binds. How do you work DPSing with your sorc team?
